It is at this stage we can offer you the opportunity to speak directly with a "Genuine" Technical Expert in order to provide you with some trouble-shooting "Tips and Tricks" to help diagnose any fault over the phone. Should you require an Engineer to visit you then all we need is a written request. This can be by Email Fax, Purchase Order or Snail Mail. On receipt of your request we will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time for an Engineer to call.
